Humanity First UK maintains pre-positioned stocks and field teams across the globe, so we can mobilise rapidly when crisis strikes. Over thirty years, Humanity First UK has supported 284 disaster relief responses reaching almost 3 million people across 111 countries.
Since October 2023, the people of Gaza have faced relentless bombardment, mass displacement and a near-total collapse of essential services. Over 2.3 million people, an entire population, are in acute need. Our teams have been on the ground distributing food parcels, medical supplies and emergency essentials throughout the crisis.
Despite the immense challenges of operating in an active conflict zone, our own team has continued to reach families in Gaza City, Khan Younis and Rafah.
Since October 2023 Humanity First UK has supported 10,000+ people every day across Gaza with water trucking (around 65,000 litres a day, over 10 million litres delivered in total), 300 UN-spec tents, 2,000+ food parcels, daily hot meals for 300 internally displaced people, and Temporary Learning Sites serving 2,000+ children. In the West Bank we deliver emergency food and medical supplies through partnerships with Medical Aid for Palestinians and Anera.
The pattern is consistent. Activate within hours of an alert. Coordinate through UN clusters and the UK Foreign Office. Deploy multi-sector aid alongside trusted INGOs. Track outputs against need, and stay long enough for relief to transition into recovery.

In active conflict zones we also run disaster risk reduction trainings, including education on the risks of unexploded ordnance.
